Hand in Hand with Holly Martin NP in Psychiatry PLLC is an independently owned outpatient telehealth psychiatric practice dedicated to accessible, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and families throughout New York State.
Founded by Holly Martin in June 2026, the practice was built in response to the growing need for timely, compassionate psychiatric care in areas where access to providers remains limited. Holly brings 18 years of psychiatric nursing and advanced practice experience, having worked with children, adolescents, and their families for her entire Nurse Practitioner career — and remains dedicated to expanding access to mental health care throughout Northern New York and beyond.
