Holly Martin is the founder of Hand in Hand with Holly Martin NP in Psychiatry PLLC and a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of psychiatric nursing and advanced practice experience. Throughout her Nurse Practitioner career, Holly has worked with children, adolescents, and families, developing a strong commitment to compassionate, individualized mental health care.
She founded Hand in Hand with Holly Martin NP in Psychiatry PLLC in June 2026 with the goal of expanding access to timely, evidence-based psychiatric services across Northern New York and beyond. Holly believes effective mental health care begins with listening, education, collaboration, and creating a treatment plan that reflects each client's unique needs and goals.
